Photoshoot Prep
Preparing for todays photoshoot, since we are heading to the end of september I’m working with dull, camel and burgundy colors to get that autumn touch. I know there’s still few more days left from NYFW but I’m doing a smal trend reume anyway, I have sooo many photos saved for the runways shows from both denmark, sweden and now NY. The upcoming spring fashion really talks to me. The colors goes mostly within balk and white(yaaay!), dull colors or different color elements. But generally black and white. The silhuettes are feminine, comfortable, stylish and simple – just how I like it. See more pics and the rest of the shows via Vouge.
Sally Lapointe SS16 RTW
New York fashion week is on which menas a lot of shows. I’ve been keeping myself updated from the first day and so far I must say I’m i love with the SS16 RTW collection of Sally Lapointe. peronally I haven’t heard much of this brand before, but one thing I know is that I’ve fallen for the minimalistic och clean style. The sod cool combinations, material mix and feminine silhuettes.

Hello guys, it’s friday night and I’m still sitting here by the computer working – but it’s because i love it so much! And the NEWS are that I’m gonna move my privat fashion blog back to nouw.com/saralinneea! In the end of the day, I find it easier to separate the work I do with the blog and the styling work. So this page will from now on only be work related, so stay here all but remember to follow me to my new place too.

If my dresscode this week wasn’t hotpants and tshirt I would take inspiration from these photos! I guess this is one of the best parts of being sick – you just can’t wait to get back on track! And a lot of time in bed also gives you a lot of time to think, and I have new ideas for the blog to work on to make it bigger and better.

If I could choose I would go for the white look, with a snow white skirt and a more vanilla colored top, I’ve seen so many pictures on instagram and blogs with looks like these and I always get such cravings. I really want to try the skirt when it arrives in the stores here!
My beauty essentials
I don’t use many products, for my skin I use aloe vera products from Forever Living and I’ve always used natural aloe vera and for washing a gel from La Roche-Posay and thats about it – what I eat and the amount of sleep I get is most important. So when it comes to beauty products and make up I keep it easy, I stick with my favorites, so to speak: Everyday Perfume – Chloé(this is the very favorite, but I also have their classic “eau de perfume” and “roses”), Party scent – D&G, Nailpolish – Chanel(565 beige, 18 rouge noir, 87 flame rose) and Lip Oil – Clarins that also works perfect as lipblam and is great to put on after a whole day in the sun.

The swedish Fashion Week has also come to an end.. My top 1 show: Filippa K or Giorgi Rostiashvili. My top 1 trend: the skirt length, very wearable an easy to make different outfits of, just look up there: three completely different looks even tho they are all black. Otherwise we could see a lot of flowy- and midi long dresses, all whites/bright colors, ribbed and why not put a dress or longer top over a pair of trousers? Love long upper look from Filippa K.

During the fashion weeks it’s not just all about the fashion shows, it’s not just the upcoming catwalk trends trend that matters. The fashion story is also about the people that actually attend to the shows!
